Okay I know 10 months of transition is a long time. Please start posting your questions as comments on this blog. For those not familiar with the Country Kitchen Table let me explain. As an Culinary Instructor of a two hour hands on class with an added hour plus of students critiqueing our creations questions often arised that were not asked. So all could share the answers (or answer) we created this blog. The conversation around the kitchen table does not only include culinary training but also the the knowledge of my students with a vast variety of backgrounds we are able to get advice that was not diluted by commercial interests.
